My name is Stefanie Essaadi and I am a third-year Product Design student at Willem de Kooning Academy (WdKA) and a Business student at Erasmus University College. I am part of this dual degree through Rotterdam Art Meets Science Lab (RASL program). I am also minoring in Sustainability at EUR and incorporate this topic into all aspects of my studies.
I grew up abroad and have lived in six countries across four continents. Despite being Dutch, I had never lived in the Netherlands prior to moving to Rotterdam.
My designs are more oriented on what design can do for others or for our planet. I enjoy finding creative ways to inspire systems change and to help the world move from a linear to a circular/regenerative economy.
